Demonstrated Interview
Maybe I need to figue out how to explain why I left my job.
Sometimes, many people will tell you that do not complain the boss and the company any more, as it will give the interviewer a bad impression. But there are some related problems later, such as my archives are still in that company. And my dimission hasn't processed. So I want to know how I can make the interviewer to trust me and be willing to hire me.
Whether I should tell my interviewer that the key reason for dimission is the sexual harassment made by my former boss.
