Pluto will be between 21 and 24 degrees of Sagittarius this year. With transiting Jupiter finally in a favorable position to Pluto the first ten months of the year it will help ward off some of the action that is manifest this year. Although there will be better control and a greater chance to accomplish something constructive worldwide the year will begin with a bit of a bang as transiting Mars moves into Sagittarius as well giving greater power to the already forceful Pluto. As matters calm down somewhat in February March and April I wouldn't suggest that you become too relaxed. Just when you think everything is turning out perfectly fine Mars will move into Pisces conjunct transiting Uranus and square Pluto causing a bit of a worldwide ruckus until the middle of June. Once again the coast will clear giving rise to some very decent transits that should enable the powerful Pluto to have a good effect on the world until late July. The rest of the year will result in talks that will lead to a better united front worldwide, however don't think for a moment that this planet won't come back to play havoc with the masterminds that are always vying for power.
